F.O.X Top Bloom is a decorative finishing top coat with a “confetti” effect. It features fine hexagonal particles in turquoise, pink, lilac, and white tones.
The material has a smooth, uniform texture with a medium consistency that does not run during application. It is a no-wipe formula and does not contain UV filters.
Top Bloom is perfect for layering over dark and contrasting gel polish shades. The colourful confetti particles do not sink or separate and apply evenly without clumping.
Ideal for playful, eye-catching, and long-lasting nail finishes.
