At Dana Beauty Shop, your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were delivered. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used, or items that are not in their original condition.

To start a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for the request. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping Returns

Unless the item you received is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit when being returned to us.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will be notified once your return has been reviewed and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. At the discretion of our management, we require photographic evidence to support claims for damages/incorrect/missing items. The picture(s) need to be taken within 48h after receiving a parcel. We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund. In cases where a parcel is lost during delivery, we will resolve the matter without inconvenience to you.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Policy Conditions

Dana Beauty Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above, including items returned without prior approval or products that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
