At DanaBeauty Shop, your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were delivered. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used, or items that are not in their original condition.
To start a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for the request. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Shipping Returns
Unless the item you received is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit when being returned to us.
