DARK Medium Gel 38 – highly pigmented DARK MEDIUM GEL is a liquid gel designed for strengthening natural nails, correcting shape, and repairing nails.
DESCRIPTION: – has a rubber base consistency, self-levels quickly; – not very liquid, allowing work with medium length nails; – suitable for strengthening short and medium length nails; – completely dries; – non-acidic; – medium hardness.
APPLICATION METHOD:
1. Perform a manicure, buff, degresase the nail, apply Ultra-bond and Dehydrator DARK;
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE base with rubbing motions, dry for 60 seconds;
3. Remove the sticky layer from Dark Scotch base before applying gel;
4. Perform strengthening using MEDIUM GEL DARK.
Polymerization time 60-90 seconds at 48 W (depending on color pigmentation); – gels with glitter should be mixed before use; – with all DARK materials, it is important to use original lamps; – after polymerization, they may have a sticky layer that is recommended to be removed before color/top; – do not apply gels under the cuticle.
1. Remove the sticky layer and file if necessary;
2. Apply the top, dry for 90 seconds.
IMPORTANT NUANCES: IF WE ARE PERFORMING strengthening – we must file our nail at least 1 mm from the inside to prevent peeling from the free edge. If the length is minimal – it is recommended to seal the edge of the nail with top from the inside.
MEDIUM GEL is a medium hardness gel, so on long nails, we recommend using Dark Smart gel (a harder gel) to avoid the possibility of gel shrinkage on long nails.
