Item(s) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and untested. Electronic devices must be in new condition without any signs of use.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days, starting from the day your item was delivered.
The item(s) are returned at the buyer’s cost and the buyer will not be reimbursed for the cost by Dana Beauty Shop
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Upon receipt of your return, Dana Beauty Shop will issue a refund within 3-5 working days starting from the date your return is received.

Please note delivery charges are non-refundable, you will be refunded the cost of the product only. However, delivery charges will be refunded in the following cases:

  • non-delivered item(s)
  • damaged/defective item(s)
  • incorrect item(s)


For defective/damaged* products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

*At the discretion of our management, we require photographic evidence to support claims for damages/incorrect/missing items. The picture(s) need to be taken within 48h after receiving a parcel.

After your order is being registered please allow 1 working day for it to be dispatched, after you receive your tracking number via e-mail, allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive. Please keep in mind that 1-3 working days for delivery is not guaranteed by Royal Mail, we want top assure you that we pay for 24h delivery service, however delivery timing does not depend entirely on us, but on Royal Mail.

Majority of our orders respect the 1-3 working days delivery frame (after the order is been dispatched).

If an item is faulty we are more than happy to refund the full amount of the product. However, you must have a receipt and provide us with pictures of the item, we can not refund or return items which have been used if you have noticed something is wrong with any of our products please let us know as soon as possible(within 48h maximum).

If unfortunately any item is faulty we will issue a refund as soon as possible (please allow 1-2 working days for it to appear in your bank account), you will also be notified via email when your refund is been sent. Please keep in mind that we are distributors not manufacturers and we can not take responsibility for the quality of the products (if you are unhappy with the quality of any product, apart from letting us know, you can also discuss with the Main manufacturer-brand of the product).
